Helios and Lana are a bonded brother and sister pair and must be adopted together.

Helios is a GORGEOUS, long-haired male and is less than a year. He and his siblings were caught inside someone's garage at about 11 weeks old. Helios and his siblings were already a little shy from living outside. They were put in a foster home with other kittens and adult cats and have come around tremendously.

Helios is outgoing and quite mischievous. He loves to sneak up on his sister Lana. He chases his friends and gets chased back. When it's time for wet food, he rubs up against his foster mom's legs and nibbles on her toes. He also LOVES to be brushed!

Lana is a STUNNING, long-haired female and is less than a year. She and her siblings were caught inside someone’s garage at about 11 weeks old. Lana and her siblings were already a little shy from living outside. They were put in a foster home with other kittens and adult cats and have come around tremendously.

Lana is into sports – she LOVES to play with little soccer balls. She carries them around in her mouth because you never know if one of her friends is up for a game. When she’s not practicing her passing, she likes to spend her time lounging in the bathtub. When her foster mom finds her there, she’ll toss a ball over the top of the shower curtain, so Lana can practice kicks - GOOOOAL!! Lana is a loving, little girl with the sweetest face. She loves to be brushed, too.

Helios & Lana
Helios and Lana are still initially a little shy with strangers, so they are looking for someone who doesn't need "friendly cat instant gratification". They will definitely both be that cat, just probably not for the initial meeting. Lana and Helios’ new family will be able to look into her beautiful yellow eyes and his amazing orange eyes and see that in a few short weeks, they'll be right at home. Adopt these two and experience such wonderful growth and bonding that you’ll look back one day and say, “Remember when… and now look at these two all snuggled up in my lap!” That bond will last forever…

Why Two Cats Are Better Than One
Cats who have a playmate tend to be more socially well-adjusted and tend to overcome behavioral issues like shyness or being frightened. Also, cats need stimulation during the day like humans. In an owner's absence, two cats will keep each other company and will provide a source of comfort to one another. Another benefit to having multiple cats, especially if they are a bonded pair, is that they will entertain each other and get the necessary exercise that they need through play.

To adopt both Helios and Lana, please complete an adoption application.
